Instead of using the recent experience of insanely high energy costs as fuel for the fire, to keep pursuing alternative energies, we are simply going back to our knee jerk reaction style of dealing with problems. If all we do is react, and flow with the go of the prevailing wind, then we should not be surprised when like lemmings we are swept of the edge of another cliff. It’s really kind of sad that we as human beings tend to be so reactive.
